Vinification and Ageing
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 7-8 days at a temperature of 28-30 degrees centigrade. Frequent refinements of this stage allow to optimize tannins and color extraction. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred for about one year in barriques for ripening and aging. It follows bottling in Albeisa bottle where it reaches flavors and perfumes of excellence.
