Average production: 67.5 hl per hectare.


Soft pressing of whole grapes. The must obtained is clarified and filtered before the fermentation in autoclaves at low temperatures.

Storage and evolution

The Moscato d’Asti DOCG is meant to be drunk young; it is good to drink within the following year after the grape harvest.

Tasting notes and sensory properties

Typically fragrant aroma of grapes infuses the wine with an intensive smell of Black Locust and orange blossom, sage and honey. The Moscato d’Asti DOCG is limpid, straw-yellow. The taste is pleasantly sweet, characteristic and well balanced.
