Vineyards
Situated on the hills of Serralunga d’Alba, the vineyards have a good exposure to the sun and an excellent ageing.
Vinification
Soft pressing of whole grapes. The must obtained is clarified and filtered before the fermentation in autoclaves at low temperatures.
